The partner of the eighth international Open Innovations Forum is the Federal Center of Competences in Labor Efficiency. FCC provides state support for optimizing production processes, allowing companies to adapt painlessly to the new conditions of the "smart economy".

Digitalization is deservedly recognized as one of the main factors increasing labor efficiency. Therefore, enterprises that are interested in maintaining a competitive position in the market have to introduce technical innovations at all levels of product creation. However, the speed and scale of transformation are so great that many companies are forced to change to new digital standards literally in stressful conditions.

Targeted support provided by the FCC within the scope of the national project "Labor Efficiency and Employment Support" allows to adapt to such a radical transformation. Experts in the field of industrial consulting gratuitously help companies optimize production processes on the pilot basis in order to subsequently achieve a 30% increase in efficiency. For this purpose, lean production technologies aimed at increasing efficiency by eliminating production losses without attracting additional investments are used. By 2024, at least 10,000 enterprises from 85 Russian regions will be able to take advantage of such state support measures.

Nikolay Solomon, Director General of FCC: "The digital revolution will certainly become the driver of Russian business efficiency. However, to prepare for it, enterprises must first increase productivity through internal resources, get rid of losses that prevent effective production no less than the lack of digitalization. To do this, FCC implements lean production technology, which increases the economic performance of the company, and forms a culture of continuous improvements."

Consolidation of technological capabilities and reasonable management will solve the problem of national importance — ensuring the growth of labor efficiency at medium and large non-resource-based enterprises by at least 5% per year by 2024, and reaching the level of the world's leading economies.
