Steve Crown is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Microsoft Corporation. Steve leads an international team that focuses on development of internal policies and business practices, as well as external engagements that serve to advance application of rule of law to human experiences in an increasingly digital world. A graduate of Oxford University and the Yale Law School, Steve holds leadership positions in the American Society of International Law, the International Bar Association, and the Association of American Rhodes Scholars. Steve’s experience in Russia dates to his days as a student at Leningrad State University in the 1970s.
