Raluca Cousson-Postoarca is the Head of Innovation at Orange Business Services, based in Luxembourg and Paris.

With over 10 years’ experience in banking operations and ICT in project management, marketing and communications functions, Raluca’s current responsibility is to be the company-wide lead in charge of orchestrating Innovation to the benefit of our enterprise customers. At Orange Business Services, we believe that by leveraging their industry expertise with our comprehensive ecosystem and assets, we are able to jointly create solutions that allow our customers to differentiate, scale and outperform in their respective markets.

Raluca had joined Orange Business Services in 2010 where she had held positions in various divisions and geographies, managing cross-functional strategic projects and programs. In her previous role as the PMO for International Business, Raluca was responsible for defining the executive governance of the division as well as driving its contribution to the Orange Business Services strategic plan.

Raluca Cousson-Postoarca studied at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and Grenoble Ecole de Management where she obtained a bachelor and Masters degree.

Raluca speaks Romanian and English fluently and has good working knowledge of French.
