Joined Pepsico April 1 2013 as Insights Sr Director, EER. I graduated from the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty of Moscow State University Lomonosov in 1999, and later received PhD in physical and mathematical sciences. I started my career in Proctor&Gamble as assistant of Insights manager. Through 11 years I was promoted from entry level to head of research. Also I have gained experience in all areas of insights: the knowledge of consumers, and analyst forecasts, strategic development, knowledge about shoppers and key customers.At this point at my career at PepsiCo my key objectives in PepsiCo consist of functional, business and capabilities of the future. Functionally I focus to develop high professional Insights team, deployment of best in class insights capabilities that we develop in partnership with ESSA and Global colleagues. Business focus is to make PepsiCo more Consumer centric, Externally focused and fact based decision making Company. Lately I also took responsibility for Digital transformation agenda including work with start-ups.
